When do new product drops occur?
New product drops occur randomly throughout the year. Typically, 1-2 new products drop each month.
Where do I find out when a new item is being dropped?
The best source of information regarding new products is via our Facebook Group or Instagram feed. Once a date has been scheduled it will appear on our homepage.
An item I want it out of stock; will it ever be restocked?
No, all releases are limited edition and the total number available is made known at the time of release. We do not restock items once they are sold out.
I have artwork I want made into a patch; can you make it for me?
We do not provide patch making services and only release our own designed items.
Do you offer refunds on your sales?
No, all sales are final. Refunds will only be offered in the case of loss or damage and at the discretion of Darkstar Designs.
What materials are your patches made from?
Our patches are usually made from woven, embroidered or PVC materials. Each product will list the type of material.
Who does the artwork for your designs?
Some designs are done in house by me the owner. Other designs are drawn by a third-party artist before being adapted to the required format. All artwork is credited to the individual responsible for the work.
Where are your patches made?
Our patches are manufactured using numerous domestic and foreign manufacturing facilities depending on the needs of the item being produced.
I've placed my order, how long before it is shipped?
All orders are shipped either day of order or next day at the latest except orders on Saturday. You will receive an email with tracking information once we have packed your order.
What methods of shipping do you use?
We currently use USPS Ground Advantage for all US based packages. International orders are shipped via First Class Package International
My package isn't moving or tacking hasn't updated?
Once a package is mailed, we cannot control the movement of that package. Things like weather or other issues outside of our control may impact the speed of delivery.
Can I use a Proxy for shipping?
Yes, you may use either another person's address or a forwarding company as a proxy if you wish. To keep from having any issues with tracking, insure you are using the correct address and any account information required by your Proxy to prevent issues with delivery.
Understand that when you use a proxy we cannot track or be held responsible for loss/damage/theft of your item once it has been delivered to your proxy. All refunds or replacements will be at our discretion once it is verified that delivery to your proxy was made.
My package was lost or the item is damaged can it be replaced?
Yes, we keep a limited number of holdbacks of each design in case of loss or damage. If you feel your package has been lost or the item is damaged, contact us via the contact form on the website with the required information and we will get back to you about the next steps.
